Verjetno bi bili presene\u010deni, \u010de bi izvedeli, da va\u0161e sklepe najbolj obremeni ravno stoje\u010da dr\u017ea. Ljudje nismo presko\u010dili evolucije, ki \u0161e vedno traja, zato se s posledicami pokon\u010dne dr\u017ee in hoje po dveh nogah soo\u010damo vso \u017eivljenje. V tem polo\u017eaju sicer vidimo dlje, stegujemo se vi\u0161je, roke imamo proste za no\u0161enje in delo z orodjem, noge in hrbet pa so podvr\u017eeni vsej obremenitvi. Obstaja na\u010din dela, kjer z ustrezno razporeditvijo sil in naporov enakomerno obremenimo telo, ne da bi se preobremenili?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za primer vzemimo afri\u0161ka plemena lovcev in nabiralcev, ki ve\u010dino svojega \u010dasa pre\u017eivijo v pokon\u010dnem, stoje\u010dem in velik del v \u010depe\u010dem polo\u017eaju. Prvo, bistveno stvar ponavadi spregledamo &#8211; to je bosa noga. Telesna dr\u017ea se z golo nogo prilagodi terenu, medtem ko noga v \u010devlju destabilizira celo telo. Bosonoga hoja olaj\u0161a pritisk na sklepe, saj na podplatih jasno \u010dutimo napa\u010dno razporeditev sil skozi telo in smo prisiljeni ukrepati &#8211; z bolj\u0161o, naravno dr\u017eo. Ko smo si s stopnicami, ravnimi potmi, \u010devlji in ostalimi prilagoditvami olaj\u0161ali vsakdan, smo si na dolgi rok o\u0161ibili mi\u0161ice in vzeli stabilnost sklepov.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2018\u2019Uporabi ali izgubi\u2019\u2019 ali originalno \u2018\u2019Use it, or lose it\u2019\u2019 &#8211; linija najmanj\u0161ega odpora nas na koncu kaznuje. \u010ce \u017eivimo tako, kot da smo narejeni za sedenje v stolu in stanje na ravnih tleh, bo na\u0161e telo za\u010delo po\u010divati do te mere, da ne bo ve\u010d sposobno obi\u010dajnih, lahkih opravil. Pogosto nehote prena\u0161amo te\u017eo na eno, dominantno nogo, ki za\u010dne nato boleti, naj bo gle\u017eenj, koleno ali kolk, slej ko prej nekaj ne zdr\u017ei ve\u010d in bole\u010dina sporo\u010di vnetje. Da se temu izognemo, poskrbimo za naslednje:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>na\u0161e delo naj bo enakomerno obremenjeno na obe strani,&nbsp;<\/li><li>se ne nagibamo predale\u010d naprej<\/li><li>te\u017eo prena\u0161amo izmenjujo\u010de, vsaki\u010d na drugo nogo, ko opravljamo nalogo.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sklonjeno delo<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Nemogo\u010de je, da se ne bi bilo potrebno vsake toliko skloniti, gotovo ko pobiramo pridelke z vrta, kak\u0161nega \u0161kodljivca, plevel in podobno. Tako bo te\u017ei\u0161\u010de na sredini telesa, brez vzvodov ali \u0161ibkih to\u010dk. Druga mo\u017enost je delo prek gredice &#8211; stopimo z eno nogo na eno stran in z drugo na drugo stran gredice, tako, da bo delo potekalo med na\u0161imi nogami. Ko se sklonimo nad gredico, se s komolcem naslonimo na eno ali drugo nogo nad kolenom (odvisno na kateri strani delamo) in izravnamo hrbtenico. Obremenitve sku\u0161amo razbremeniti po naravni poti, ali po doma\u010de, kot bi \u0161li na veliko potrebo v naravi. Pred setvijo pomislimo tudi na na\u010din in pogostost pobiranja, da bo le-to \u010dim la\u017eje; tisto, kar pobiramo pogosto, naj bo ob robu gredic (redkvice, berivka itd.), kar pobiramo bolj poredko (ali samo enkrat), pa naj bo na sredini grede (cveta\u010da, radi\u010d\u2026). Sam raztros semena je lahko zelo dolgotrajen postopek, ki zahteva malo vaje. Zato je zelo smiselno dobro pripraviti pogoje (vlaga, sejalne brazde primerne globine, kompost\u2026) pred samo setvijo, da zagotovimo \u010dim bolj\u0161i uspeh. Raztros semena lahko malo povadite tudi na kuhinjski mizi in najdete sebi najbolj ustrezen na\u010din. Lahko si pomagate s kosom papirja in svin\u010dnikom, lahko sejete s prsti &#8211; svoj na\u010din boste odkrili le z vajo.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Ker je direktna setev lahko zelo naporna, se marsikdo odlo\u010di za sadike. Nakup sadik ni majhen stro\u0161ek, zato je vzgoja sadik \u0161e ena ve\u0161\u010dina, ki jo je dobro osvojiti. Tak na\u010din setve pomeni, da ve\u010dino dela opravimo v stoje, na vrtnarski mizi ali na pultu. Redna oskrba z vodo in primeren substrat (ali doma\u010d kompost) bosta zagotovila uspeh. Pri presajanju zrelih sadik na vrt najprej poskrbimo, da je vrhnjih 10 centimetrov dovolj rahlih, da lahko v vrtna tla naredimo jamico (da se ne sklanjamo, je to najbolje po\u010deti z vsaj 1m dolgo palico z za\u0161iljeno konico), ki jo tik pred setvijo dobro zalijemo. Nato sadike eno po eno jemljemo iz platoja in jih polagamo v jamice. Na koncu sadike zagrnemo in zemljo okoli sadik rahlo potla\u010dimo, da so \u010dvrsto vsajene. Po potrebi \u0161e enkrat zalijemo.<br><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pobiranje pridelka<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pobiranje pridelka je pogosto naporno, \u0161e posebej, \u010de je pridelkov veliko. Posebno naporno je pobiranje tiste zelenjave, ki raste blizu tal in se je potrebno velikokrat prikloniti (berivka, redkvice, blitva, listnati ohrovt\u2026). V ta namen na\u010drtujemo vrt tako, da bo bole\u010dih situacij \u010dim manj. Tehniko pobiranja prilagodimo svojim potrebam, poti in gredice pa prilagodimo izbrani tehniki. Tu sta 2 preprosta posega v na\u010drt va\u0161ega vrta, ki bosta omogo\u010dila la\u017eje pobiranje:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Poti naredimo dovolj \u0161iroke (40 &#8211; 50 cm), da lahko udobno \u010depimo, pre\u010dno na gredico, kjer obiramo zelenjavo . V po\u010depu, s podplati ravno na tleh, najprej z ene strani, nato z druge strani grede. Greda naj bo \u0161iroka najve\u010d toliko, da z vsake strani lahko iztegnete roko \u010dez polovico.<\/li><li>Gredice naredimo tako \u0161iroke, da zlahka stopimo \u010dez gredico ali stojimo v razkoraku \u010dez njo (60 &#8211; 85 cm). Ob pobiranju se naslanjamo izmeni\u010dno na eno in drugo nogo s komolcem, hrbet dr\u017eimo vzravnan. Poti so tu lahko o\u017eje, saj ni potrebe po \u010depenju.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Manj dela za bolj\u0161e rezultate<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>S temi preprostimi postopki va\u0161im rastlinam omogo\u010dite dovolj prostora za doseganje najbolj\u0161ih rezultatov, skrb za vrt pa bo veliko la\u017eja. Kar se ti\u010de \u0161tevila sadik pa si zapomnite, da boste bolj\u0161e rezultate dosegali z manj rastlinami &#8211; vsaka sadika naj ima prostor za razvoj korenin in listov, pletje in oskrba zemlje pod njimi pa bo la\u017eja, ker je med njimi ve\u010d razdalje.
