Ker je prepri\u010danje mo\u010dnej\u0161e od telesa, se slednje slej ko prej vda. Navajeni smo trpeti ob delu, pa re\u010demo bomo vztrajali, dokler lahko. Koliko muke je potrebne, preden se odlo\u010dite, da je dovolj? Ne skrbite, ne nagovarjam vas, da opustite vrtnarjenje, obratno! \u017delim, da postanete bolj\u0161i oskrbnik lastnega telesa &#8211; \u010de zdravo zelenjavo pridelate z muko, je ves namen zgre\u0161en. Dokler so bole\u010dine vzdr\u017ene, se nam zdi, da to ni tak problem in se kljub temu prebijemo \u010dez nalogo. S\u010dasoma pa te naloge postanejo prehuda obremenitev, ker telo preprosto ne zdr\u017ei ve\u010d. Predolgo smo obremenjevali napa\u010dne dele telesa, ve\u010d smo delali na silo kot s pametjo, preve\u010dkrat smo zagrabili prete\u017eko orodje (da bo delo hitrej\u0161e in u\u010dinkovitej\u0161e), preve\u010d dela smo si dali naenkrat. Pri tem smo pozabili, da si \u017ee celo \u017eivljenje nabiramo majhne po\u0161kodbe. Dolge ure sedenja za mizo, \u0161portne po\u0161kodbe, nepravilna dr\u017ea, stres, slaba obutev, padci\u2026 vse to prispeva h kopi\u010denju po\u0161kodb na dolgi rok, ker jih v \u010dasu nastajanja nismo sku\u0161ali ubla\u017eiti, prepre\u010diti ali sanirati. A nikoli ni prepozno, da uvedemo prilagoditve na\u0161ega dela, da bo telo manj trpelo in da priljubljeni hobiji ostanejo z nami do visoke starosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Posledice delovnih naporov in nepravilnih obremenitev<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dandanes je delo precej bolj gibalno monotono, kot je bilo pred dobo ra\u010dunalnikov. Res je delo u\u010dinkovitej\u0161e in porabimo manj \u010dasa za isti rezultat, hkrati pa smo pozabili da smo bitja gibanja. S tem odnosom linije najmanj\u0161ega odpora se v resnici velikokrat pojavi ve\u010dji odpor, kot je na prvi pogled o\u010ditno. Namesto bole\u010din v mi\u0161icah, prihaja do bole\u010din v sklepih. To je zgolj posledica napa\u010dne obremenitve in s tem obrabe najob\u010dutljivej\u0161ih tkiv. Obrabljeni medvreten\u010dni diski, obrabljen hrustanec v ramenu, kolku, kolenu\u2026 to je realnost in vsakdan ve\u010dine upokojencev, ne glede na na\u010din \u017eivljenja. S tem se je potrebno nau\u010diti \u017eiveti &#8211; ali pa se prepustiti liniji najmanj\u0161ega odpora in preprosto opustiti svoj hobi za vedno. Tega si menda ne \u017eelimo, kajne?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Prepre\u010diti po\u0161kodbe je bolje kot sanirati<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kako torej prepre\u010diti, da bi se po\u0161kodbe sploh pojavile oziroma kako olaj\u0161ati \u017ee obstoje\u010de bole\u010dine? Na\u010din je isti &#8211; pravilna obremenitev! V svoji osnovi zdravo gibanje pomeni primerno razmerje med obremenitvijo sklepov in mi\u0161ic. Predvsem je pomembno, da nikoli ne prese\u017eemo svojih sposobnost (npr. raje se sprehodite dvakrat, kot z dvakratno te\u017eo). Pogosto nam primanjkuje \u010dasa ali pomo\u010di, pa si nalo\u017eimo preve\u010d, ker \u2018\u2019je pa\u010d treba\u2019\u2019. Vendar se izka\u017ee, da \u010de pretiravamo, kasneje ne bomo mogli biti tako u\u010dinkoviti. Torej raje vlo\u017eimo ve\u010d \u010dasa kot napora, ve\u010d misli kot mi\u0161ic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Najpogostej\u0161e bole\u010dine in njihovi vzroki<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Hrbet je pogosto prva to\u010dka, ki nas izda. Evolucija \u017eal ni poskrbela, da bi se najob\u010dutljivej\u0161a skeletna struktura prilagodila na pokon\u010dno dr\u017eo druga\u010de, kot s krivino hrbtenice v dvojnem S. Ob vsaki malo ve\u010dji obremenitvi je hrustanec na naj\u0161ibkej\u0161em \u010dlenu (vretencu) ogro\u017een. Na pomo\u010d pri stabilizaciji prisko\u010dijo mi\u0161ice, ki pogosto prepre\u010dijo pravilen gib. Ker pri vsakdanjem delu (v pisarni, doma, v stoje\u2026) ve\u010dino \u010dasa hrbet \u2018\u2019po\u010diva\u2019\u2019, so aktivne druge mi\u0161ice, kot pri fizi\u010dnem delu. Te mi\u0161ice lahko prepre\u010dijo, da bi se aktivirale tiste, ki so v svojem namenu sposobne tak\u0161nega dela, zaradi na\u0161ih slabih navad pa so atrofirale (propadle). Kve\u010djemu kak kr\u010d nas zagrabi, kar pa vse skupaj samo poslab\u0161a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S koleni in kolki je podobno &#8211; prepogosto brez zavedanja obremenjujemo naj\u0161ibkej\u0161e dele sklepov, ko sku\u0161amo odpo\u010diti mi\u0161ice. Opazujte, kako se gibljete, ko dlje \u010dasa stojite &#8211; hrbet je sklju\u010den, ramena spu\u0161\u010dena naprej, slonimo na en ali drug bok, kolki in kolena so v ekstenziji\u2026 Kako dolgo bi lahko tako stali brez bole\u010din? Gotovo ne prav dolgo &#8211; in prav je tako! Nau\u010diti se pravilno gibati pa ni tako preprosto, kot zveni. Pomembno je vedeti, da bole\u010dina \u017ee pomeni, da je nastala \u0161koda in telo na to opozarja. Ne ignorirajmo bole\u010din, oziroma \u0161e bolje, poskrbimo, da se sploh ne pojavijo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Skrb za telo se nikoli ne neha<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Od rojstva do smrti moramo skrbeti za svoje telo. Celostna oskrba pomeni, da vsem podro\u010djem \u017eivljenja posvetimo enako pozornost. Skrbimo za zobe, za plju\u010da in prebavila, za mo\u017egane in mentalno zdravje, za srce, za kosti, sklepe in mi\u0161ice. Skrbimo za neopore\u010dnost snovi, ki jih vna\u0161amo vase &#8211; tu je seveda na prvem mestu hrana. Kako pa se v ta \u017eivljenjski krog vklju\u010duje vrtnarjenje? Vrtnarjenje kot hobi, ali kot poklic, lahko prina\u0161a ogromno koristi &#8211; \u010de jih znamo videti. Seveda, zdrava hrana je primarna motivacija. A ob vsem izobilju trgovinske zelenjave po nerazumno nizkih cenah, je ta primarna motivacija pogosto premajhna vzpodbuda, sploh \u010de nam je vrtnarjenje naporno. Koristi vrtnarjenja ni te\u017eko na\u0161teti &#8211; zdrava, neopore\u010dna hrana, polna vitaminov in mineralov, gibanje na zraku, fitnes za mo\u017egane in mi\u0161ice, meditacija in telovadba v enem.
